One number for the whole house, every season of the year.
Zenflow handles the trades you call often — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman — and project-manages the specialists you don’t. Plus a maintenance plan that catches problems before they cost you.
In-house trades. Vetted network. Concierge wrapper.
Three connected practices that take running your home off your plate — without forcing you into a contract you don’t need.

Are you really one company, or are you a referral service?
Both, depending on the trade. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and handyman are our own techs on our own payroll. Roofing, painting, flooring, masonry, and similar specialties come from our vetted network — but we project-manage the work end-to-end and stand behind it.
What’s your service area?
Dallas–Fort Worth metro primarily, with a focus on the inner-loop suburbs. We expand the radius for project work and concierge clients.
Do I have to sign up for a plan to use you?
No. Most of our work is per-visit or per-project. The maintenance plan and concierge tier exist for homeowners who’d rather have us on retainer — but you never have to.
How fast can someone come out?
Most non-emergency calls are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Maintenance plan members get same-day or next-day priority. True emergencies (gas, water, electrical) are 24/7 for plan members.
What does “vetted” actually mean?
Licensed in their trade, insured to current Texas requirements, background-checked, and tracked on quality across previous jobs we’ve project-managed. We drop specialists who don’t hold the bar.
