Straight answers
Is $12,500 the price of a kitchen remodel?
The starting price reflects a small, straightforward kitchen refresh (for example, a smaller kitchen keeping the existing layout with stock cabinets). Your actual number depends on size, materials, site conditions and what we find once we see the space. You get a written, itemized quote before you commit to anything. Larger kitchens, layout changes and premium materials cost more.
How long will my kitchen be out of service?
That depends on scope and material lead times. Your written quote includes an estimated schedule, and we order long-lead items before demolition to keep downtime short.
Can I keep my layout to save money?
Yes. Keeping plumbing and appliance locations is one of the biggest ways to control cost.
Do you have reviews I can read?
ZenFlow is a new service, so we don’t have reviews or a portfolio to show you yet. What we can offer is a written, itemized quote before any work begins, a named point of contact for the whole job, and no work until you approve the scope in writing.
What happens if you find a problem behind the walls?
We stop, show you what we found, and give you a written change order with the cost before continuing.
