Straight answers
Is the $497 credited if you install the plan?
Not automatically. If you later hire us for installation, ask about it when you request your quote and we will tell you in writing what applies.
Do you visit the property?
The standard plan is built from your photos, measurements and our call. If you want an on-site visit in DFW, ask and we will quote it separately.
How long does it take?
We give you a delivery estimate on the kickoff call once we know the size and complexity of the yard.
Do you have reviews I can read?
ZenFlow is a new service, so we don’t have reviews or a portfolio to show yet. The plan is a flat price with a defined deliverable and one revision round, and refunds follow our published refund policy.
Can I use the plan with another installer?
Yes. The plan is yours to use with any installer, or to do yourself.
