Straight answers
Does ZenFlow do the retrofit work?
No. You hire and contract directly with the contractors. ZenFlow plans and manages the process on your side.
Does the $4,500 include construction costs?
No. It covers our planning and project-management services only.
Will this make my home fireproof?
No. No home is fireproof. Hardening reduces common vulnerabilities, such as ember entry, but cannot guarantee an outcome.
Will this lower my insurance premium?
We can’t promise that. Ask your insurer which upgrades, if any, they recognize.
Do you have reviews or past projects to show?
ZenFlow is a new service, so we don’t have reviews or a portfolio yet.
