Straight answers
Is $7,500 what my deck or patio will cost?
The starting price reflects a small, straightforward build (for example, a modest ground-level deck or patio on a level, accessible yard). Your actual number depends on size, materials, site conditions and what we find once we see the space. You get a written, itemized quote before you commit to anything.
Do I need a permit?
Many DFW cities require one for decks and some patios. We confirm requirements for your address and include the permit work in the quote.
Wood or composite?
Wood costs less up front; composite costs more but needs less maintenance. We price both if you are undecided.
Do you have reviews I can read?
ZenFlow is a new service, so we don’t have reviews or a portfolio to show you yet. What we can offer is a written, itemized quote before any work begins, a named point of contact for the whole job, and no work until you approve the scope in writing.
What about my HOA?
We provide a layout and material details you can submit to your HOA. Approval timing is up to the HOA, so we schedule the build after you have it.
